How long does it take ? & How is the portrait sent? 

IT DEPENDS

When every order (even if you order a digital file or canvas) you will receive your digital copy to print as many times as you want.

  • If you order just the digital file, you will receive it via email in about 1-2 days 
  • If you order the canvas, we will send you the digital copy so you can approve it. once you are happy with it we will send it to our printing partners
  • Shipping takes between 4 to 7 days in the UK depending on your location.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will get a tracking number. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer support and total transparency about your order status. We'll email you your tracking number as soon as it's available.

We'll also send you ongoing email updates about where your parcel is. And we'll update you on the day it's due to be delivered!

Can I include more than 1 person in the portrait? Do they have to be in the same photo, or can I submit multiple photos?

Absolutely! We accept both options!
If you want to include different individuals in the same portrait but have separate photos, no problem! Simply upload the individual photos of each person

What if I don't like my portrait? 

If you don't like your custom artwork, we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.

Will I be able to see my portrait before it gets printed?

Yes, once we finish drawing your portrait.(usually within 48hrs of submitting your photos). we will send you a preview by email and you can either request edits, or approve it for printing!

Is my photo good enough to use?

You don't need to be a professional photographer, photos taken from your phone work perfectly!

We check all photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we'll contact you via email to request more photos.

Can I order now and send Photos and description later?

Sure!
