How long does it take ? & How is the caricature sent? 

IT DEPENDS

When every order (even if you order a digital file or canvas) you will receive your digital copy to print as many times as you want.

• If you order just the digital Download, you will receive it via email in about 1-2 days 
• If you order the canvas, we will send you the digital copy so you can approve it. once you are happy with it we will send it to our printing partners
• Shipping takes between 4 to 7 days in the UK depending on your location

 

Can I include more than 1 person in the portrait? Do they have to be in the same photo, or can I submit multiple photos?

Absolutely! We accept both options!
If you want to include different individuals in the same portrait but have separate photos, no problem! Simply upload the individual photos of each person

 

What if I don't like my portrait? 

If you don't like your custom artwork, we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.

 

Will I be able to see my portrait before it gets printed?

Yes, once we finish drawing your portrait.(usually within 48hrs of submitting your photos). we will send you a preview by email and you can either request edits, or approve it for printing!

How do I upload my photo for the portrait? 📎

You can upload your photo directly on our website during the order process by clicking the “Upload Photo” button. Simply follow the prompts to attach your image.
