❓What if I don't like my pet portrait? 

If you don't like your custom artwork, we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.

❓Can I see the pet portrait before printing? 👀

Yes, we offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-2 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.

❓How do I upload my pet's photo for the portrait? 📎

You can upload your pet's photo directly on our website during the order process by clicking the “Upload Photo” button. Simply follow the prompts to attach your image.

Having an issue uploading your photo? Please place your order and you can email us the photos at contact@happycaricatureshop.com.

❓What is the Digital option? 

The digital option is when we draw your pet in our cartoon style and send you the artwork via email (no physical item will be delivered). Once purchased, you will own the full rights to the digital artwork to do as you please! You can also use the art as a screensaver, print your own copies, and more.

❓Can you include my pet's name in the portrait?

Yes, we can include your pet's name in the portrait. Please provide the name during the customization process, and we’ll make sure it’s beautifully incorporated.

If I need revisions, how does it work?
